Quilted personal underlay is designed for use in a variety of ways with the benefit of magnetic therapy giving all over temporary relief from discomfort. 

How to Use:
This personal underlay is certainly suitable for one person no matter what size bed. For larger beds it can be placed down just one side of the bed for personal use, or laid across a larger bed for two people and target either the lower or upper body. Or two undelays can be placed side by side.

Australian made from comfortable quality cotton on both sides with quilt style stitching throughout. And ideal for warmer or humid climates as a cooler atlernative to lambswool.

Designed to be very versitile with many uses.  Even its name is versitile as it's often referred to as magnetic pillow inserts, a magnetic pad or magnetic mats.  Whatever the name; you may use the insert anywhere you feel discomfort. Some people find them to be the perfect size for their cat or small dog's bedding.

Some of the uses people have told us about besides using it as a pillow insert include placing it on your favourite chair while relaxing, in the office, on your seat while travelling, on the floor under your tired feet, drapped around your shoulder or even placed around legs and elbows. Basically it's convenient and comfortable enough to be used "where it hurts"
